We're building something important here. Held+Free was created because too many women were trying to keep their businesses alive while navigating violence, illness, trauma, or upheaval… and doing it without support, or resources built for their reality.

Over time, this space will become a home for the trauma-informed tools. Ones designed specifically for women whose income, independence, and safety are intertwined. These resources take time, lived experience, and deep consideration to create.

We’re building them slowly and intentionally. Each offering will support business owners to strengthen their safety, maintain their independence, and continue their work without losing themselves. Watch this space.
